Where do I enter my engraving text?

Preview it on this page, then enter the exact text at checkout. We engrave exactly what you type there, so double-check spelling and dates.

Can I use my own logo or artwork?

Yes. Clean files work best (PNG, SVG or PDF). We'll let you know if a design needs adjusting to engrave well.

Can personalized items be returned?

Because each piece is made for you, personalized items can't be returned. If something arrives damaged or we made a mistake, we'll make it right.

Do you do bulk orders?

Yes. Teams, weddings and businesses order from us in larger quantities. Pricing depends on the item and how many you need. Use the custom order form to get a quote.

Do you offer local pickup?

No. We ship every order.

Can I send you my own item to engrave?

Often, yes. Tell us what it is in the custom order form first, and we'll confirm it can be engraved before you mail it.
